Neck lift

The neck lift treats skin laxity in the neck, platysma bands and submental fat accumulation. It is often combined with a facelift, because the face and neck age together.
The approach
A minimal submental approach combined with platysma plication. In patients with good skin quality it can be resolved with very small incisions.
Recovery
A compression band for the first week. Typical return to normal activity after ten to fifteen days.
