This website's appointment request form does not store any data on the site: the fields you fill in (name, optional phone number, reason for consultation and comments) are used solely to compose a message that you voluntarily send from your own WhatsApp account.

Once that message is received, the practice processes your data in order to handle your request, arrange the appointment and maintain communication prior to your first visit.

The data subject's consent when sending the request, and the application of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's own request. Should you go on to attend a consultation, the processing of your health data will be governed by applicable healthcare regulations and by the clinical documentation provided to you at the practice.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the legally required periods. If a treatment relationship is not ultimately established, the data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. When communicating via WhatsApp, the message is transmitted through that platform, subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting the practice through the means indicated. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Requests relating to minors must be made by their parent or legal guardian.
